03. moved in couples are allowed, love wins.
04. bawal ang face chasing kausapin mo ang lahat.
05. we encourage everyone to plot in filipino. pwede rin namang english, kayo ang bahala. gumawa kayo ng thread to keep track of your plots with other members, wag mong iwan sa ere mga ka-plot mo. casual talks are definitely allowed.
06. this is an au roleplay. hindi kayo idols.
07. threads are highly encouraged. keep track of your money, plots, memories, etc.
08. tenants could also write their own backstories for everyone to know you better, kayo na bahala kung saan niyo ilalagay.
09. welcome every new member in any way (casual, mention, plot, dm, etc.) psswrd: any city landmark/building.
10. one week relationship ban, both parties must reach 700 tweets each. rule also applies to moved in couples.
11. inactivity for 3 days will lead to kickout!

MONEY MATTERS
01. lahat ng bagong tenant ay mayroong 50,000 once they move in. to buy an apartment, you must pay through dms. keep track of your expenses!
02. each of you could rent units with or without roommates. a maximum of 5 tenants can occupy a room. pwede rin naman kayo magsolo. mas makakatipid if you have roommates so i suggest you open your unit for them.
03. money is used to avail things within the city/apartment. cc or tcc will cost 5,000. hiatus will cost 7,000. disobeying rules would also cost you money depende sa rule na nilabag mo.
04. city places are open to everyone! reply lang kayo sa thread if you want.
05. you can earn money through events, games, your job, etc.
06. tenants who have jobs will receive their salaries every two weeks. siguraduhin niyo lang na online kayo during that time and active kayo because iche-check namin yan.
UNIT RULES
01. maximum of 5 tenants are allowed for each rent.
02. unit rent will be divided among roommates, just inform the landlady regarding your payment.
03. men and women are allowed to occupy a unit pero dapat at least three na kayo sa unit.
04. we highly encourage each unit to make their own group chat. ayaw naming maging roommates kayo sa masterlist lang. paki-add na lang ang caretaker.

PAANO MAG-RENT NG UNIT?
01. check mo ang tenant list para sa mga available fc. reserve through dms onli.
02. reservation format: au name, idol name, group, occupation (part-time job if student), are you willing to have roommates?, password
03. reservation lasts for 48 hours.
04. username format @IDOLAPA
05. pakilagay sa location ang "APA + room number"
06. kapag ready na mag check-in, mag-tweet ng isang knock-knock joke + unit type & room # mo kay @APAHAUS to get your initial money na pwede mong gamitin within the apartment complex or city.
07. lahat ng bagong tenant ay dapat may 50 tweets within 24 hours.
08. once na naka-move in ka na, you have to pay for your apartment unit through dms.
